Nationals
WOW! It has been awhile since I last posted on here. Things have been really busy since Nationals. Although I did not place, I had the time of my life! I met so many new people and it is an experience that I will hold onto for the rest of my life. I owe a huge thanks to all of my generous sponsors, friends and family who supported me every step of the way. Mrs Greenfield and Mrs Guter, you two were my pageant mamas throughout the whole week and I owe everything to you. Congrats to the new Miss Jr. Teen United States Paige Holloway. I know you will do an amazing job representing such an amazing country. I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to meet you :) Jeffery you calmed my nerves all week <3 thank you so much for being there for me! Chris and Kyle, you put on an fabulous pageant and I cant wait to see it grow to be even bigger.
Nationals week was full of surprises! Between fireworks, parades, appearances, and rehearsals I was exhausted by the time it was over but it was and experience I wouldn't give up for the world. Tabitha Cain, who owns Pageants, Proms, and Pretty Things in Roanoke, Va, helped me pick out the perfect gown! Being on that stage knowing you are on live television is one of the most nerve racking things I have done but being in that perfect gown made a huge difference and calmed any jitters as soon as I stepped into it.
To my successor: Take in every moment and make as many friends as you can because even if you don't take home that crown, you can take home friendships that will last a lifetime
